very interesting. 2 "content developers" and 2 "subject matter experts", one each for military and law enforcement.
What's strikes me is that VTSI has the need for four new FULL TIME positions in these areas. This should tell you that they're not simply replacing someone who left the job, these are FOUR NEW positions.
You'd think at this point that:
A. They'd have quite a bit of footage already and they wouldn't need full time people for this. B. If they did need to shoot more you'd think it would be more on a commission basis.
Sounds like they've got LOTS of shooting to do. :)
