Because an R/S means they don't have to cover as many shares. The point is to bankrupt the company and it's shareholders, while keeping as many shares uncovered as possible. This is the nature of the game they play and why bashers exist in the first place. You gotta understand, with the advent of the stock boards, the hedgers are shootin fish in a barrel.
