Thats the problem. People like you are quick to call a CEO a crook just because he needs to sell some shares to raise money for the company. What is so "crooked" about wanting to grow your company? He said HIMSELF (ahead of time) that he would need more capital to expand and would probably be selling shares to do so. Most penny CEOs do not even reach out to shareholders to let them know whats going on. Better yet, many don't even tell you AHEAD OF TIME that they will need to dilute. They just do it.
