I must chime in... I have spoken to Nelson three times (in person) and Susman one time (in person) at the hearings... each time I asked a question, they were professional, however, would not and did not ever provide anything close to a hint or detail one way or the other, about this case. PERIOD.
Their responses were always brief to say the least. When I asked Susman (after one of the hearings, in court) if THJMW knows what she is doing... he said "Absolutely".
Susman / Nelson would IMO NEVER provide any details or hints of how this case is going to one of us, much less over the phone to someone he does not "see" who he is talking to...
The most I ever heard either of these professionals provide in terms of providing any type of details was Nelson when he said... "today was a good day"... I believe Lebosco might have overheard the comment as well while everyone was pouring out of the courthouse.
The "its over" comment is BS!
