Furthermore, the Williams led group collusion in creating a "float lockdown" or "FLD" is a form of price manipulation for which jail sentences and forfeiture of assets could easily be handed down by both civil and criminal courts.

This company could be in a world of trouble as the liabilities that Williams and his followers bring to the table could result in much worse than the stock price crash which is sure to come as this house of cards comes unglued at the seams.
