GTC

Just send him the SHO list.

The SEC prefers the phrase "persistent settlement failures" when discussing naked shorting. But they're one in the same; they both amount to selling a stock and not delivering the underlying shares. And the SEC finally got around to admitting that naked shorting exists with the passage of SHO.

The fact that there are companies on the SHO list proves that, on those stocks, naked shorting (persistent failures) was present in excess of .5% of the O/S, for 5 consecutive days, for each company on the list.

I believe, when the initial SHO list was released, that every single eligible pink sheet stock was included on the list.

As for sub-penny stocks - again, refer to the SHO list. PYST, for one, is a naked shorted sub-penny I am looking very carefully at...

GTC-TZOO was neither sub-penny, nor was there any evidence that was "naked shorted." Try again.
