I never said ceo cheated cornerstone
what i did say is that he claimed handcamp in dec 03 in kats name
But was Kat in existence in 03?
conflict of interest?
As a director of cornerstone he should have had the interests of his shareholders as a priority and he believed so much he should have pushed handcamp to be bought by cornerstone.
So now he has sold off handcamp to bvig
it remains to be seen if katx shareholders pre july 16th have gotten a good deal.
