I may be wrong but I believe the date katx started was 2005. If this is the case then your argument would be disqualified.

It seems to me that Ken filing a claim in his own name in 2003, well prior to the formation of KATX, would have been PUBLIC INFORMATION known to anyone who cared to look.

I find it difficult to believe that anyone at Cornerstone did not know within days of Ken making the Handcamp claim that such a claim was filed. That was their business. To prospect and file claims.

Since no one at Cornerstone since 2003 has made any such public comment about unscroupulous actions by Ken to file such a claim, one can correctly deduce that there was NOT a problem of any conflict of interest by Ken then or now.

Now, someone trying to make such a rediculous claim against Ken is beyond common sense. I think the premise is false therefore the conclusion is also false about impropriety on the part of Ken in the 2003 claim filed on Handcamp.
