I see the umbrella policy: Pharma gets a cut 80:20 (private:public), Viacord/Pall make a fortune off the FDA bags, CBR and others make money from kits, Celgene/Lifebank/Pharmastem make a fortune from placenta/cord blood patents, HCA Hospitals get back the $1billion in past CMS fraud overages offering stem cell treatments to the poor and elderly, Kurtzberg is happy because the public model lives despite the costly model she ran since 05' knowingly did not help minorities, CBAI is accredited and becomes a major storage tank for America under the Celgene brand or maybe it gets one single brand name Corcell Companies.
