Oh Savy investor. The only scam being run here is the view that the FDA is an independent organization with our best interests at heart.
Buy Biel now. And then camp on it. If it goes down - buy more. The FDA is playing a waiting game - one fortunately BIEL can play out. The international market will pull this forward. JMHO.
