My thought process was this. They did 116 million in revenues in Q4 so if you multiply this times 4 it would ber 464 million and they are guiding for a bit above 500 million. So it's true that there is room to the guidance number that's why I thought we might be at 85% or so.
Of course not counting the new tar business which could be the wild card and might just bring us closer to 600 million in revenues in 2011. That's just the icing on the cake. :-)
