They are not near their capacity at the moment, today, if they hit their guidance for FY11 I suspect they will be nearer capacity.

LPH did 213M in H1 2010 - of which 139M at the old facility and 74M at the new Gujiao facility. On the face of it there is still ramping up going to happen this year. We should expect, given time, to do as least as much as the old facility as probably more given extra capacity in Sept 2011.

(2) In January 2010, we commenced operations at our Gujiao facility, which generated approximately $74,000 in revenues during the first six months of operations. [1]
