WDRP :
I arrived at Mr. Martel's office at 10:14 am Thursday morning of last week. I asked to speak to Mr. Martel, the CEO of Wanderport, and the receptionist contacted Mr. Martel and I was escorted to his office. He greeted me , shook my hand and I followed him to a conference room.I explained to Mr. Martel that I was an investor along with sveral friends and associates, and just wanted to ask some questions, and that I needed to put a face with the CEO who released information to us as investors. During the entire meeting Mr. Martel always looked me straight in the eye, never strayed from any question and not once had to pause for an answer. Before we started he did state that he would only discuss information that had been released to the public, but would try to fill in any gaps or concerns that I had. I hope I asked what everyone wanted answers to but I am sure there are more questions that some here would have liked to have been asked and answered.
I will just give the answers that Mr Martel gave. Please remember that I did not take notes during our meting.
Andrew, the IR person is located in Canada at Mr Simoneau's location.WDRP's US office is located where we were but this US office did not conduct research and things of this nature, it is for business purpose's only.
I explained the total sum of shares that I have along with friends and associates of mine have. He did remind me that, WDRP is a company,, with a real product that they are very excited about the furure of our product. He also stated that there is no difference between, Ford, GE, or WDRP for that matter in that you must accept a certain risk factor when investing, but again he was very confident about our products future. He stated that every distribution contract was not only valid, but legally binding. The distributor's in place are very astute business
professionals and recognized the opportunity to be part of Wanderports future in the water heater industry.
We at WDRP are very confident that our product can be manufactured and that our retail price of $ 450.00 US,is in fact a realistic price for our water heater.
We are at the final stage in that we now will complete the engineering of the final design through the engineering firm that will be released the later part of this week into next week. The name of the firm will be released in a press release. Contained within the engineering contract is also a defined time line in that we will be in full production of our product within 90 days from initiating the contract.
We at present have several different prospects, including companies associated with WDRP in regard to the water heater, for initial financing as well as possible government entities. There are no plans to increase the AS or dilution.
We are again very impressed with the opportunities that our distributors have provided us. Mr Myers with UMC as well as Gavin Ovens with Ovens Holdings are welcome assets and we look forward to working with them as well as our other distributors. I specifically asked about UMC and Gavin Ovens Holdings.
We are currently deciding what would be the best as far as assembly of our product outside of the United States. Austrilia is a possibility for that region of the world as well as others. Everything is in place in that we will make our decision without having to waste time to impliment the logistics, while at the same time compairing a fully complete unit being shipped VS assembly of our product outside of the US.
Mr Martel is a professional business person that I now have a greater understanding of. I went back and started reading the press releases again and can now, understand more of what is being stated by him in the press releases. He stated that any investor is welcome at his office to speak to him.
His office I believe represents several business's that he owns and or operated from his location which is fine by me. He is conserving costs at the present time and when it becomes necessary, WDRP will have I guess what people want, a giant building with lots of furniture and secretary after secretary. I would prefer this not to be the case. The distributors can do that while we are saving money.
I was impressed with his comment that any investment was a possible riak. He stated that to my face, never swayed from the conservation, yet in the same sentence stated they are very confident about our product. Honesty. His body language was demonstrative of confidence, yet there was a air of honesty and I felt comfortable.
Now I did ask questions he would not answer of course.
If there are any questions please copy the part of the above message, post it and I will respond. I do suggest you reserve any comments until I explain what I have typed. I do make mistakes
