There IS considerable evidence for the LACK of a significant short position, naked or otherwise.

Trouble is, you don't have a shred of evidence for that

The aim of any illegal activity is NOT to leave any evidence behind. That's why, right now, no conclusive evidence has been brought forth. But there is a close knit group of people who claim they own so much stock in EIGH, that they can prove that there is a large short position. So, why don't you be patient and see whether they will come up with evidence which is convincing. I'm sure you'd be happy, if any gross naked shorting would be exposed, right? Any honest hearted person would be.
