lakes, I agree totally with what you're saying.

An acquisition is always a possibility. But in this case it just doesn't look like a reasonable matchup. A descending company acquiring one on the rise? Makes no sense.

However, Instacare also seems to be a company that is susceptible to an occasional, behind-the-scenes, intrigue. Or possibly, that image is just contrived by the ever-present schemers.

So, who knows what's really going on? I am just going to wait for the company to update us.

Lakes PSID does have $5.4 million in the bank and together with ISCR's access to credit, a merger might work. Of course the two stocks are priced as inverse to each other. ISCR should be selling at $.75 and PSID at $.06
