IMO...that rumor is bogus. The company mentioned appears to be very weak and in no condition to takeover any company, let alone one which is on the verge of a major revenue spike. The "only" thing they have to offer is a Nasdaq listing, which seems to be in jeopardy.

I think ISCR will do fine all on its own.
