per my call with FINRA, they only report what EIGH sends them. If they want to change something, they will send something. FINRA doesn't regulate anything, they merely report what they get in accordance with SEC laws.

so you are maintaining that traders don't manipulate markets and that any concerns EIGH may have about such manipulation are unfounded or as you say, pie in the sky?
