First, they cannot testify with hearsay.

Second, meaning they have to have told him themselves in person (so that they can verify that he actually got the message) or witnessed another telling him.

Third, they are CMKXers. Anyone put on the stand better be of good moral character and able to make sense.

During the period that he stopped selling, Deli would go into the PalTalk rooms and people would question him. I remember hearing an MP3 where Deli said he stopped because the SEC told him to stop.

Then after a few months I heard in an MP3 Deli saying he's selling again because the SEC never sent him a court order to stop.

I don't have copies of those MP3's; but I'm sure some one does.
