this could be a while. that other company doing it by RM, time frame has been almost identical with acdu, wow, taking forever. the other company actually has it completed now ( and it was only 1 spinoff) but I think the brokers are lost as to how to get the new shares (in the new company)to the shareholders.

the new fad for 2010, companys offering up divys in private spinoff companys with the promise that they are going public.
