Illegal short selling [ call it naked or undeclared if you wish ] is a pet subject of mine. I continually ask myself .. WHO does it ?? And how does it work .. especially on penny crappers like CMKX ? The retail public simply is not allowed to do it. If it does happen it is most certainly an 'inside job'. Who can hammer a bid without owning stock ?? .. the market makers is who. How do they get away without closing the sale with a buy .. or settling ?? Because they are part of the owners of the system, and it would not surprise me if they own the Depository and the S E C as well in my opinion. Corruption to the very top. And it would also not surprise me to see big involvement with The Mob .. again in my opinion. This is the perfect crime .. but on a mind numbing scale. THere are many many others of us who think the same way. Let's hope Iron Bob has some iron left. Things will now get dirty. I think Rodge eased himself out because of the top level clients his firm has and who now may be coming under the spot light.
