I'm guessing because retail buying has been slow so far this week, one or more Market Makers are taking advantage of it BIG TIME, and picking up as many cheap shares as possible before this really takes off.
(And there is every reason that I can think of that one or more MM's will make CERTAIN this will take off ... as long as the company doesn't get STUPID and start diluting right out of the gate like so many other pinky-puke CEO's desperate for cash are doing these days - diluting like crazy on every PR half an hour after the market opens.).
With the small number of shares outstanding ... this is a savy penny player's dream, if the company plays their cards right. We'll find out, won't we?
