Ranger, I agree, it's Wall Street's [W.S.] move. I am hoping Last comes up with a few jewels from the analysts over the latest action in the next few days. It seems to me, now is 'PUT UP OR SHUT UP' time. If the hot money comes, then W.S. is buying into our management's credibility. If we languish between 17.50 and 19.00, then W.S. is telling IDCC to prove it.
As has been stated many times, settlements come after the last card is drawn. As of the F8, MO, all the cards are dealt. Nokia could settle tomorrow, next week, or never. If W.S. stays out of the stock, then the Nokia collar strategy will have been successful and it will be the arbitrators who decide IDCC's fate.
Wall Street seems to keep snickering and saying, "May 31 be damned! Our money is still on the Big Dog from Finland. So either bug-off, or show us the money!"
Boy, talk about high stakes Texas Hold'm. It doesn't get any more real then this!
Best,
Bob
