Oh come now Davey....you know why JBII got delisted...they were late on their filing and then missed the 30 day extension because their new auditor couldn't get the work done in time....nothing more.....as for how it affected the stock?....it went up slightly....i double checked and JBII didn't file a form 15.....all is well
