You know it's one thing with stocks, due diligence involves not only the fundamentals but also many other variables like technical analysis. I got into this stock frst thing in the morning simply based on a few key points.
1. 400 m float (this is considered a very low and favorable share structure to essentially build shareholder value as we've seen over the weeks)
2. 900 m authorized shares which means minimal dilution. On top of that, the company has mentioned that there won't be any toxic financing/ dilution.
3. Chart was already primed to move and I've alerted folks @ 930 that we would def hit $0.002 and possibly break it. 1 hr later, volume proceeds price and it has essetially doubled compared to Friday. So logically speaking, with all the accumulation going on, and a whole load of investor interest today buying in the 0.002s, I can see folks holdingthis for tomorrows breakout.
4. Level 2 showed obvious manipulation where market makers sold shares on the bid to try and induce fear, ultimately trying to get emotional investors to sell. This tactic obviously failed as we double botto
bounced off .0014-0.0015 in the morning, and another double bounce off .002
5. There are no shares left available for mms to short, it's all phAntom shares based on my logic as this stock was shortedto the ground before it bottomed in the 000s. 2nd leg upward trend confirms this bullish breakout for tomorrow.
6. This thing canhit 0.01 but can it hit 0.05? of course, many other garbage companies w/ triple, even quadriple the outstanding share count have reached $.05+
7. No PR from company yet, who knows whatthey have in store for us.
