Interesting....i never would have guessed delisting to the pinks was a step forward....the question still remains why did AYSI REALLY file the form 15? I'm thinking there some dirt about to come to light that would have gotten the stock halted/delisted by the SEC and they beat them to the punch....time will tell...at any rate the stock gets clobbered tomorrow imo.....

I'm saying .20 open on AYSI tomorrow but that may be a bit pessimistic and low as the pinks are no big deal....what bothers me is AYSI voluntarily doing it and it makes me wonder if there is more to the delisting than the reasons they stated....i'm just not buying it....
