No thats not what you asked...what you said was it was a flippers stock if they did not get US approaval..its not a flippers stock and they wont get approval..its a law that has no exceptions...
Its not legal to gamble on internets sites with real money in the US....sites that are owned by over seas companys....
And yes they did get the web site for non US Residents completed and its in Beta and ready to go live...again as someone else said..do the DD on the stock and you will know what is going on.
Remember it was you who came accross as saying the stock would not make it with out US gaming to support it.
