kipp440: ATPG Thanks, kipp. I don't want to go political, but if there is a big change in Congress in November, even though the White House will decide whether and when the ban can be lifted or extended, the PERCEPTION will be that conditions will be more favorable to deep water drilling. I don't think Congress could pressure the White House into lifting the ban, but the Wall Street crowd is irrational, imo. What I'm saying is that there could be a trade here--buy today, sell on November 3 or 4th!
