and anyone who thinks Elop doesn't really know about the case is mislead, if I were in his shoes a 1/2 billion $$ liability and litigation would be in the forefront of my concerns particularly when it ties in with sentiment of the company, as well as mending fences, scapegoating responsibility on prior mgmt.
