And, how much cooperation should our government give when North Korea shows up and claims that someone laundered money there? Or, when Iran asks for the return of a woman accused and convicted in absentia for a violation of its Sharia Law?
Each government runs the affairs in its own country pretty much as it sees fit. Unfortunately, local procedure seems to count much more than substance. And, that's just the way it is - and will forever be. ... eom
