It's really better to have it stay up. But since you posed the situation. They are in violation of ICANN rules and could be taken down in my opinion. Why do that at this point, it only adds to the case against DAIC. He has shown and is currently showing he doesn't care about the rules and regulations that most people follow in conducting business. The fact that he has this website showing Pattin as the President is a clear signal that he is interfering with the company. Why doesn't he put up a website advertising Pattin as President of Hewlett Packard if he thinks it's o.k. ? There has to be some semblance of order followed in life, that's why we have laws and morals to guide us. It is apparent that some people follow neither. I say leave it up, it will help us over the next few months.

Your own error again proving the obvious and inevitable tendency to error... the inducement of which seems it is the purpose and intent of Daic and Williamson in posturing the fraud that they are, while pretending they have any right to represent the company, as they are. Every mis-communication that results from their posturing, whether through the deliberate spread of misinformation that you presented, or through the loss of a potential connection with the company, constitutes another act of destructive interference in the business of the company.

It would be useful to contact the author of that piece to find out if she had attempted to contact the company, and was diverted in that effort by having run across the fraudulent website.
