Yes, I heard something about that woman falling. Wasn't her daughter also with her and saw her mother stumble and go over the edge? That got the boyfriend out of any suspicion. At least that's the way I heard the story.
Today I'm in Mesa Verde. Started the day hiking the 2.5 mi Petroglyph Trail -- that turned out to be 2.5 mi hugging the face of the canyon wall, going sideways through rocks, scrambling up Anasazi staircases on hands and knees and generally exhausting myself. Took me 2 hours and 30 mins, but was a beautiful hike and the petroglyphs were worth it in any event.
Tomorrow it is on to Arches National Park. . .

PS Right now I'm on the wifi at the park center. Just had my first shower in two weeks and feels lovely! I will post some photos of my trip so far when I get settled in a place where I can connect to the Internet as it takes some time to upload them.
