one could assume that (we don't have any data to prove one way or another) but if so, perhaps they're trying to time it with additional news. maybe there has been some hold up. otherwise, why do a forward split if not trying to bring add'l shareholder value as stated in the PR when the FS was announced.

I doubt it has anything to do with iFinix. The company does not handle it's shares. IMO, it has to be the TA or the DTC.
