Renee, don't get frustrated, this is all the SEC's fault. The SEC is not vetting the company's PR's to make sure that what is being disclosed to the public is in fact accurate. It is always teh SEC's fault when corporate officers lie and the SEC doesn't shut it down fast enough.
I can't wait for the next 6 months to pass and (heaven forbid) an SEC investigation is disclosed whereby *some* will then go on the blame game talking about a lack of EXPH transparency and a lack of regulating lies.
