STOP making excuses for EXPH's failed promises . EXPH press released SEPTEMBER 1st 2010 for CURRENT STATUS Financials , so let them press release that they will NOT file Financials until " the new ceo is on board " so that investors who bought shares on the September 1st promise can have entitled information to make informed decisions that EXPH will delay those Financials .
