dilution is the only promise this company has kept. they told you they were going to do it but everybody chose to ignore it and focus on the "140 mil contract" that does not actually exist.
when you read a PR or a filing...look for the bad news first. that's what's gonna kill ya. Ignore it at your peril.
Here is the only comment you should have paid attention to from the CC...right from the CEO's mouth:
"Regarding potential private placements with The Evermedia Group, Inc., management realizes the necessity of a cash infusion into the company to further the company’s goals. However, according to Mr. Sym, despite the accompanying dilution, any cash infusion would create a net benefit for shareholders."
Still think the company is not diluting?
If you take issue with this activity...take it up with management...don't blame the "bashers" or the "shorts" or the "MM's" blame the people really doing it not those whom you wish were the case.
