First of all you have no proof that the company is diluting. The T/A shows the same numbers today:

o/s-1,229,040,115
freetrading-443,191,265

Also Sym mentions PP to raise money of which these shares would be restricted for one year.

He also mentions the PP would be a 'Net Benefit' to shareholders because the funds would be used to further the company's goals.

So your argument is full of holes, better luck next time.
