I don't see why. Most companies own the product that their employees create. I can't imagine Howard would be different.

Don't forget...he was paid a CRAZY salary. For him to ask for rights to his own material would represent another billion in revenue at least! If Sirius agreed to that, they were either REALLY desperate or REALLY dumb.
