Stanley,
Crisnic/Tony Gentile are running a fraud. They've screwed Yao and run away with money. Tony's done this before.
I've read all I need to on the matter. I'm convinced. If there's anything I can do --- let me know.
I could tell you Tony's plan. His plan was that CNAM was a low volume stock --- and the idea would have been to sell the stock and short the stock down below a price where the stockloan would default and then Gentile would make a handsome profit at Yao's expense.
Fortunately for Yao, there are big buyers out there. I wish I could help out but I only have something like ----- shares or what not.

“Crisnic has taken the deeply ironic position of resisting court jurisdiction after stating the Yao defrauded it and that he intended to Sue Yao and China Armco“
Well, he has his chance to sue now. Why has he not sued? Why is he resisting jurisdiction of the court?

just a question. mostly scripted from another journalist
is a stock loan " an illegal transaction (Section 5 Violation, the Board had knowledge of this PRIOR to the Form 4 being filed on July 2, 2010, There was motive, and Intent to conceal this from the public, which the shareholder derivative lawsuit in Nevada points out.) This is fraud 101 and should be the core focus of any article. Last lets talk risk, Auditor walking, SEC Suspension, Wells Notice, NYSE de-listing."
Or, is there any large problem out there that you're aware of in terms of misconduct?
To me, it sounded like Yao was under the impression that he would just put up stock as collateral like a home equity loan and make interest payments and get his stock back.
Just was curious on your take, although I know your biased as you represent Yao.
