I respectively disagree with you. Can you address the second part of my message. It is Nokia that has informed IDCC shareholders that they made settlement offers. Management with that information has made insiders sales to their benefit which as a consequence has severey damaged the share value for the rest of us. You make it sound so simple in what management is, however you ignore the reality that is extremely difficult to get rid of management. Look at the terms of their contracts, look at the huge cost that shareholders have to pay for insurance, look at the lucrative golden handshakes available to them, look at how difficult it is to vote out a director.
