PSC was charged with fraud and as such, anything they stated in their disclaimer comes into question. Has the company denied participation?

I only responded to someone that said the company hired them, so I don't know who paid for the promotion or for that matter, even if a promotion occurred.

I am aware of stock promoters and their purposes, however.
