Can you PROVE their ownership? Is it stated anywhere in a recent public filing?

Boy if Kendrick wanted to buy out Harrs and Brown and take the company private, selling most all his shares into the recent run-up say at an average of .0025 would have been a good plan. Then buying back three times as many at a 66% discount resultant of the fear of God put into the SORs from the release of the 2009 financials and the subsequent plummet in PPS when they all sold off. Then he could borrow the money on an interest only balloon note for the buyout, release MORE horrendous news in the form of the Form 3/4s which would send the share price diving to .0003 or lower this time, offer a 25% "premium' to that, take it private and then do a reverse merger into another shell in six months to shift the entire debt for the whole transaction including his portion of the company onto a new set of shareholders and start the whole thing over again. Jimmy in the driver's seat with Harrs and Brown golden parachuting into another sandwich shop in downtown Wilkesboro with their millions in Expo shareholder equity.

Are those other 500 million shares that were represented at the SM meeting being traded during these runs 4kids? It would certainly explain the volume and up and down manipulation this stock sees on a regular basis. I know you claim the insiders never sold a share, but are these high rollers working this stock with wash sales to drive it up, and fake margin calls to run it back down and allowing others load up? Did the person who conveniently sent you the trade tape of his supposed margin call sell off by his broker, also include the actual margin call notice, or did you just take his word as fact without proof?
Lots of questions with this stock, but I believe I'm getting
closer to figuring it out.

gonna be real interesting to see form 3s .. form 4s and imo
last form D ..

and i have to say to all who've asked me re: possibility of
co. being taken private .. it doesn't bother me .. i'm not
a trader .. i'm an investor and my caveats met ~ i have zero
issues if that were to come to pass and the possible time frame
in place (what i'm not sure is how an *imbalance* would be handled)

funny i just realized if taken private .. no more exph board on ihub :)
