again what is missed is just who exactly holds the bulk
of exph's shares

fascinating but not surprising for those who've done their DD
re: who was in that room at the SM and their combined total
exceeding 1B exph shares

500M held by 3 .. who weren't in attendance .. imo that is
a direct reference to KM/one of the gents from so. candle
and kendrick (the other owner from so. candle did attend SM)

gonna be real interesting to see form 3s .. form 4s and imo
last form D ..

and i have to say to all who've asked me re: possibility of
co. being taken private .. it doesn't bother me .. i'm not
a trader .. i'm an investor and my caveats met ~ i have zero
issues if that were to come to pass and the possible time frame
in place (what i'm not sure is how an *imbalance* would be handled)

funny i just realized if taken private .. no more exph board on ihub :)
