I believe are friend voodoo is saying that Rosen's last ditch effort to drive investors or potential investors out is to talk about pre takeover holders in a positive manner and discount those of us that buy/bought post takeover.
A cheap trick but takes what that piece of donkey dung has been all about. If he can't win out right in the legal field and hide the fact that there was/is a lot of underhanded deals going down then it's not beneath him to partake in a whole lotta skullduggery!
