Do scams/pump and dumps have letters written about them when the company takes part in dilution?
I own another .0001 that I believe is most likely a p & d and I never got a letter from TDA.
So I guess my question is, do you know of other stocks about which TDA issued that type of letter and was the wording the same for a p & d in your letter or does your letter implicate something larger?
That was a point in time. Who know how it is now. Regardless that should not completely stop business for its holdings. Yet there is zero evidence of business. Why is that? Gene and you seem to know that the short attack is real yet ALL THIS time and he still has done nothing about it except use it as a cover for the lack of business and transparency. Why is that? Does not add up. This company has zero credibility and deserves zero confidence. His prolonged silence is a HUGE red flag that should not simply be swept under the carpet. He need to deal with it not just talk about it and he needs to reveal what the business is doing to give the market a reason to want to buy and a reason to cover short position. I doubt it exist. I doubt there is any business and I doubt it ever will be. The word TOAST comes to mind.
