What he could do to appease investor concern (of course, this presumes Newton has an iota of concern for the shareholder class as a whole -- an assumption I can't make on my most charitable day) is issue a PR under the auspice of an investor update. An unequivocal declaration that, say, on September 30, 2010, Security Transfer Corp and RCCH affirm that the A/S is 10,000,000,000 ( ? - given his precedent of 'erring' on past filings, I can't assume this to still be true) and the O/S is XX,000,000,000 would be an appropriate and overdue concession to his shareholders.

Any excuse making that this would "tip his hand" to the bogeymen which he asserts are interfering with the stock is BS. For argument's sake, supposing there has been misconduct on the part of certain entities against RCCH, at this point it is a historical fact and any prosecutorial action would be enacted against past actions of any that abused and misused the system to RCCH's detriment. Given the numerous times Newton has been named as a defendant in cases involving fraud and financial/contractual improprieties, you'd think he'd be intimately familiar with the proceedings from that side of the aisle...
