You can keep hoping that this will fail. But you have 100% wrong so far...

If it was 95% silver... there is no way this thing survives in current form.

There are deep pockets behind this and they won't let it fail, imo. Watch it unfold. Now that there is gold and silver being produced, it is pretty automatic from here on out. The hardest part is over. The rest is easy, just sell the concentrate for the best price, and there are plenty of buyers.
