Thanks k_t, Citigroup had assets and an operating business although not profitable by any means but not trading trip zeros. Do you suppose this company thinks it can find buyers at .0001 to raise $62,000,000. Makes no sense to me. bwdik I had an investor years ago try to convince me to take my company public... guess I should have listened.

I wish I could've recorded the secretary's voice when I asked her for the AS. She literally gasped! and did a double.

The authorized shares are one hundre...(gasp! then recomposed)...one hundred million shares.
