Based on what I have read on the board in the last hour, my belief is Matin wants to gradually lower the hype and his exposure so as to limit the amount of anger he will be creating in others while continuing to rake in money at a slower rate on his scam.
Based on this scenario he will continue to paint pictures that are never clear. Clarity can never serve his purpose.
