No. I would lower my falsified numbers gradually but not suddenly as a sudden lowering would cause a red flag.

I gave $7 million profit guidance? Perhaps I would report $6 million.

Then for 1st Q 2005 instead of $1 million for the quarter I would report $600,000. Ease this off, pretend coming having supply issues blah blah blah, make it look good.

Like so many other pinksheet scams have and gotten away with it.
