The 192 RAM is correct. Suspend to disk is that button that has a picture of a moon on it. With laptops you can essentially close it and it makes an image of all that is running. When you open it back up (unsuspend it) it picks up from where it was when you closed it, or hit the suspend button.
However, several reasons could exist for your problem. Increasing the RAM from 64 to 192 could have caused the error. You are dealing with your system's BIOS.
